Addendum 1 Divine Highlands
1. DIVINE HIGHLANDS SITE CONDOMINIUM
ADDENDUM #1
To Purchasers:
You are hereby advised that Sections 84 and 84(a) of the Condominium Act provide, in part, as follows:
1.) At least nine business days before a condominium unit is conveyed or nine business days before the
Purchase Agreement becomes a binding agreement, the Developer shall have provided a prospective
purchaser with copies of the following document relative to the condominium project:
A. The recorded master Deed including the Condominium By-Laws and the Subdivision Plans;
B. An executed copy of the Purchase Agreement to which is attached a copy of the Escrow
Agreement;
C. A condominium Buyer’s Handbook containing, in a prominent location and in boldface type, the
name, telephone number and address of the person designated by the Michigan Department of
Consumer and Industry Services to respond to complaints;
D. A Disclosure Statement;
E. Articles of Incorporation of the Condominium Association;
F. Condominium Association By-Laws.
The calculation of the nine business day period shall include the day on which the above listed documents are
received, if that day is a business day.
2.) This time limit may be waived in exceptional cases by a purchaser who has been provided all of the
above documents, and waives in writing, on a form approved by the administrator, the purchaser’s
right to the protection provided by the advance review time.
3.) The form, attached to this Purchase Agreement as Addendum Number II signed by a purchaser,
acknowledging receipt of the above documents, is prima facie evidence that the documents were
received and understood by purchaser.
4.) The Purchase Agreement of which this Addendum is a part may be amended by agreement of the
Purchaser and Developer before or after the Agreement is signed. An amendment to the Purchase
Agreement does not afford the Purchaser any additional right or time in which to withdraw other than
as is provided in Addendum Number II to the Purchase Agreement. Further, an amendment to the
Condominium documents effect in the manner provided in the documents or provided by law likewise
does not afford the Purchaser any additional right or time in which to withdraw other than the time
period provided in Addendum Number II to the Purchase Agreement.

RECEIPT OF CONDOMINIUM DOCUMENTS
I (We) have received from Developer, or its agent, copies of the Condominium Buyer’s Handbook and the
Disclosure Statement, Master Deed, Condominium By-Laws and Condominium Subdivision Plans, for Divine
Highlands, a condominium and the Articles of Incorporation and By-laws of Divine Highlands Condominium
Association.
I (We) have also read the provisions of Addendum Number 1 to this Purchase Agreement which discusses
some of the provisions of Sections 84 and 84(a) of the Condominium Act, and have been expressly informed and
understand that the Purchase Agreement of which this Addendum is a part does not become binding upon us for a
period of nine (9) business days from the date set opposite my (our) name(s) below. I (We) understand that the
Purchase Agreement automatically becomes a binding agreement after the expiration of the indicated waiting
period, unless a notice of withdrawal is given to the Developer or its agent by no later than nine (9) business days
after receipt of the above-mentioned documents
