According to Michael Fullan, as society becomes more
complex, leadership skills must become more sophisticated.
But to act quickly or slowly---this is the double-edged sword.
Leading in a Culture of Change promotes five key themes for
potential leaders to focus on. Furthermore, the author
promotes how leaders must foster leadership skills in others
because we can all contribute to the betterment of the
organization.

    for exchanging experiences and
