Leadership is doing what is right when no one is watching. A leader is a dealer in hope. I suppose leadership at one time meant muscles; but today it means getting along with people.  Leadership is not seen as a position, it is a way of living and leading one’s own life.
It is not fair to ask of others what you are unwilling to do yourself.  A mind stretched by a new experience can never go back to its original dimensions.  The end.
