progrés en el passat:

watching a film. (watch)

2. Past continuous, forma afirmativa
• Fem servir 3 elements:
1) Subject + 2) was/were + 3) verb ending
in -ing
I was listening to pop music.
You were playing computer games.
He/She/It was eating.
We/You/They were chatting online.

3. Past continuous, forma negativa
• Fem servir 3 elements:
1) Subject + 2) wasn’t/weren’t + 3) verb
ending in –ing
I wasn’t listening to pop music.
You weren’t playing computer games.
He/She/It wasn’t eating.
We/You/They weren’t chatting online.

4. Past continuous, preguntes
• Fem preguntes en past continuous canviant
l’ordre dels 3 elements:
1) Was/Were + 2) subject + 3) verb ending in
–ing?
Were you playing computer games?
Yes, I was.
Was he/she/it eating?
No, he/she/it wasn’t.
