How to Wire a Robot
To wire a Robot you need
patience. You may not get a
perfect one. There can be
hundreds of wires each running
to a specific place.
How to Control a Robot
Robots are controlled by a lot of technology.
They rely on a complicated system using
computers, and some are
even controlled by remotes.
Example: an automatic
garage door opener.
Remotes for Robots
It can be a TV remote, garage
opener, or computer. Any robot
can be controlled by an
electronic device. Some Robots
control themselves, like a type of
helicopter controls itself by using
a computer that acts like a brain.
Conclusions
Discovering the world around us. Robots can help us live and Discover the solar system for
us. They are very useful to us in many different ways. You can do research on them and
eventually make one. Sometimes you can just make one from scratch, but that would be very
hard work. You can’t just make one off the bat, you need to do research on them. Robots can
be very hard to make.

Robots can make more energy.
Robots are very smart, and can solve
problems really fast
Robots can not last forever
Robots can see a lot of things
Some robots can have up to 300
working mechanics in them
Do you want to know more?
● Robots can not last forever so that’s why we make more
● Some robots have up to 24 mechanical devices in their head!
● A person can mold their face and put it on a robot to make it
look real!
● Robots can not smell but they have sensors, and sensors can
sense objects and move
● Never feed a robot water because it can break it and hurt you
● Some robots have to use batteries to work.
What Robots are Really Made Of.
Well Robots aren’t just pieces of scrap metal put
together. People take a lot of time and believing
it will work. But people don’t know that, they're
just not an expert at learning about robots, some
of us are. Do you Know everything about robots?
Did you know: Robots are VERY hard to build!
The Truth Behind Robots
Some robots were not made for play. They were mainly
designed for serious work to do.
And some were made as toys to play with. People will
test robots before being used to see if they are ready for
action.
Can robots fight?
Well if you think yes you are right!
Robots can fight in many different ways.
Robots have really, really complex brains.
Some can understand you and do what you
say. For example if you watch Real Steel
you will get a better idea of what I’m saying
Facts About Robots
●
●
●
●
●

Some robots can control themselves.
Most robots are made of metal or plastic
Robots are expensive to build(lots of $)
All robots use computers to function
Most robots are stationary and do not move
around
Differences
The toy robots

The toy robots are made
for play and to entertain
people to keep them
happy.

The test robots

The serious robots

The test robots are made The serious robots are
for testing experiments
made for creating
that are dangerous.
structures and machines
for people.
Sparking Facts About Robot Factories
Some factories are only as big as garages.
Some are as big as a football field! If you
wanted to make some robots you need a crew
to help you. You might need a big factory if you
want to build big robots. Many factories use
robots to build other things, including other
robots! Factories have emergency shutdown
procedures. If a robot malfunctions turn all the
power off.
How Robots Interact With Each Other

This is how robots interact with each other,
● Robots can do signals and they can
understand the signals.
● Robots send radioactive waves that send
signals through each of them.
● Some of them can understand other peoples
voices.
The main fact is they send signals. :)
What You Learned
1.Some robot factories are as big as __________________!
2.Some robot factories are as small as _____________.
3.How much money do you think a big robot costs?$$________________$’s!
4.Does a robot cost 100000000$’s? (answer):___________.

Did you do a good job?
:)
