7. Pending your availability, we would like to schedule a strategic planning session, which
will provide the opportunity to discuss Sunny Isles Beach Jazz Fest in detail.
Sponsorship commitment letters must be signed and completed no later than August
CONCLUSION
14, 2011, in order for the City of Sunny Isles Beach guarantee complete package.
Payment must be received within 15 days (August 30, 2011) after sponsorship
commitment letter has been executed by both parties.
Cancellation of sponsorship without cause is subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of
sponsorship commitment. Sponsorship are only available to partners selected by BFM
