This document outlines a webquest for students to practice identifying all 50 US state capitals. It provides students with several websites to study state capitals and requires them to find their own additional website resource. Students will take a quiz at the end to test their knowledge of matching states to their capitals. Their performance will be evaluated based on their score on the quiz and how many practice activity score sheets from the provided websites they complete meeting accuracy thresholds.

Introduction
Practice your skills with state capitals. This site help you succeed at learning all 50
capitals through fun activities and even games!
Let’s get to learning all the state capitals!
Task
You will be given several websites to go to which will help you study state capitals. You
will also be required to find your own website to
help you study and share it with the class. You will be given a test at the end
of this webquest that will require you to fill in the corresponding capital beside the
correct state.
2. Process
1. Go here and practice your capitals on a beginner level.
2. Once you reach at least a 93% accuracy, print out the score page and keep it to
turn in to me.
3. Go here and continuing practicing your state capitals (This is a little harder.) Keep
playing until you reach a 90% accuracy and print out the score page.
4. This is the hardest capital activity. Print off your score once you reach 84%
accuracy.
1. Research and find your own state capital activity that helps you practice. Write
down the link and be ready to share it with the class.
