Socrative (www.socrative.com) is an assessment tool,
which makes quizzes as games (Thornthwaite,
2014).

• Socrative is a combination of both Flubaroo and Kahoot.
• It allows teachers to quiz students and gives feedback similar to Flubaroo
(www.flubaroo.com) (McMullen, 2015).
• On the other hand, it allows teachers to create a competition like Kahoot
(www.kahoot.com) (McMullen, 2015).

A recent article titled “8 Research Findings Supporting the Benefits of Gamification in Education” showed many benefits of using games in the classroom (Walsh, 2012, cited in Thornthwaite, 2014).  One website includes the following statement: “Games in the hands of a skilled and experienced teacher can achieve magical results” (Tawse, 2009, cited in Thornthwaite, 2014).

  3. For multiple choice questions, students are given five choices: A B C D and E. students will select one of them. For true-false answer, students will give two option. They will pick one. For short answer-questions, students will write down the answer and then click the submit button.
