• Socrative is a combination of both Flubaroo and Kahoot.
• It allows teachers to quiz students and gives feedback similar to Flubaroo
(www.flubaroo.com) (McMullen, 2015).

Research shows that there is a many benefits of using games in the classroom (Thornthwaite, 2014).
A recent article titled “8 Research Findings Supporting the Benefits of Gamification in Education” showed many benefits of using games in the classroom (Walsh, 2012, cited in Thornthwaite, 2014).
One website includes the following statement: “Games in the hands of a skilled and experienced teacher can achieve magical results” (Tawse, 2009, cited in Thornthwaite, 2014).
Search and short quiz
Teachers can quickly find, copy or download any quiz from A-Z list.
For multiple choice questions, students are given five choices: A B C D and E. students will select one of them.
For true-false answer, students will give two option. They will pick one.
For short answer-questions, students will write down the answer and then click the submit button.
Teachers have the option to add answers to short-answer questions and then let the system grade the answers.
Review students' understanding at the class, individual student or question level. Because, each socrative report is saved in teachers' account and they can easily download, email or save in google doc.
Teachers can share result with parents, students or colleague.
Teachers can find information according to activity, date or individual student
Once students submit the answer, a bar chart immediately appears on the teachers screens.

At the completion of the quiz, teachers receive emailed spreadsheets, with detailed reports on the results.
At any point during the quiz, teachers can tap on the Live Results bar and see exactly who is taking the quiz, as well as the number of answers that each student has answered correctly.
