5. End self-assessment
It is uncreditable for me to see myself a new person totally! It is not
easy to pass through all of these and achieved beyond what I
expected. All details pass on my mind as if it happens now! I have
finished my tripe at Aiysha AL Rasybia School (5-9). However, I
am sure that was the beginning for next steps. I faced many
difficulties but I am here now! I have learnt a lot from what I faced.
At the beginning, I suffered from getting weak up early. However,
when I get used to weak up at 5 am daily, it becomes as a routine
habit. This something, which surprised my family and me as well.
It also was difficult to me to manage my time between school days,
doing my portfolio but later on, the vision became clear, and I got
that they are linked to each other. All of what I need is time
management.
One of the difficulties that I faced, there were not strong
relationship among the students. Therefore, I decided to increase
group work activities to let them understand each other. Then, they
accepted and respected each other, which let them and I relived so
much. Moreover, at the beginning they kept using Arabic. I suffered
a lot from this, so I decided to improve my classroom management
6. skills and read more about. I became strict with them and keep
struggle until they start using English as possible as they can. I also
improve my teaching methods after I received feedback from my
cooperative teacher and supervisor. Day after day I notice that this
experience improve me a lot.
