business process work flow definition.
 Quality assurance and testing - define, develop and implement the users test plans / scenarios,
ensure that all tests are conducted and documented according to the standards agreed upon by th e
business units and IT, track all kind of bugs and CRs and ensure their closure and finally
responsible of the overall success oftesting phase including results verification and release sign-
off.
 Support all business units during design, development and delivery phases to achieve the business
objectives through solid and robust solutions.
 Act as an interface between the wholesale customers and TE internal sectors in order to ensure the
delivery of our customer’s needs.
 Monitor all application’s performance.
 Build a professional team of experts through an intensive plans of training.
 Provide end user training and prepare users guide for all stakeholders.
 Handle all kind of CR’s and determines their priorities according to its effect, impact and weight
on the business process.
 Develop an effective reporting tool for Wholesale business unit,prepares routine reports
(financial, quality, performance, efficiency and market share trend, etc.).
 Archiving all kind of documents and applying the knowledge transfer concept all over the

Water level sensor depending on digital (PID) controller:
This circuit is used to avoid the over flow of any liquid in a tank by adding sensorto control the level of
that liquid from exceeds the limits using PID controller.
IP-telephone (graduation project):
Our z-80 telephone emulates a real world phone systemthat we normally use every day.
The systemcontains two phones the first one is a hardware telephone and the second is a software
telephone that transmits voice in full duplex mode and real time transmission, moreover since the current
phone systemis analog, the z-80 telephone will go further by transmitting voice digitally to achieve better
sound quality and minimize the loss of information.

  • 4. IP-telephone (graduation project): Our z-80 telephone emulates a real world phone systemthat we normally use every day. The systemcontains two phones the first one is a hardware telephone and the second is a software telephone that transmits voice in full duplex mode and real time transmission, moreover since the current phone systemis analog, the z-80 telephone will go further by transmitting voice digitally to achieve better sound quality and minimize the loss of information.
