Soil test result is produced. The ground is covered by crusher
stones. Water accumulation occurs after rain. Solution given is to
remove portion of crusher stone, followed by flattening, levelling
and soil excavation prior to construction.
Strip foundation is proposed and accepted.
Flooring materials for upper and lower floors are proposed and
accepted.
An underground drain pipe discharging to the nearest existing
drainage system is proposed.

towards an underground septic tank to be discharged to Indah
Water Konsortium (IWK).

obtained from the water main in Syopz Mall.
