Info for the Hawaii travelers about travel insurance

1. There are no forms to fill in to take up the travel insurance but anyone who has a medical
condition will need to call the medical line for an assessment once a policy is issued
and there maybe a surcharge to pay. (medical line phone 0800 574 904)
