Heiva I San Francisco is a women-led non-profit organization that hosts an annual dance competition in the San Francisco Bay Area. The pandemic threatened this year's event, and the organization chose to contract Joyfully Design, LLC, a bespoke web consulting business, to aid in the production, design, and build-out of their virtual dance competition platform. The end goal was to host a Live stream event on July 18th, 2020 at 10:00 am PDT. The Live stream was conducted, produced, and led by Playback Memories.

Design was created by Nikki & Elizabeth Bertumen.
In-house design by Nikki and Elizabeth Bertumen provided templates for performance number cards, image cards, and participant and winner
certificates. The cards and certificates were turned into an API (application programming interface) to generate variations automatically and
manage time efficiently through BannerBear and Zapier technologies. This was programmed by Joyfully Design, LLC.
