9. What if i didn’t get the choice i wanted this year ?
 You can try one of the solutions:
1. Go study the choice you have been attributed and in parallel pass again your BAC
and work hard to get better results.
2. Continue studying the choice you have been attributed and see what are possibile
paths you can take in your upcoming years to end up doing what you wanted at
the start.
3. Just accept it and work for it.

10. How to do good start ?
 Put your studies as first priority
 University Agenda
 Organize yourself
 Get feedback from senior students
 Be motivated
 Put objectives to realize
 Don’t under estimate studies
 Don’t over estimate your competences

12. What about marks ?
 20 remains 20
 If you are major in your promotion you will be seen like that by all.
 You have a chance to start from scratch
 It is always nice to show transcripts with good marks
 It is a good boost if you want to study abroad or be considered for scholarships.

13. Job Market
 You need to know how is the job market in Algeria if you want to find an opportunity
here or at international level if you want to work abroad.
 We all tend to make our choices based on what we want and not on what the market
wants.
 Big market place in Algeria is Sahara for oil&gas industry.
 Other fields exist but for many they require an experience to be recruited.
 Get your experience by going on internships as soon as you can it helps a lot to be
recruited.
 Don’t wait your last year to go on internship.
