Secondary School Inês de Castro was established in November 1985. It’s a public
school teaching students between 12 and 17 years old.
Secondary School Inês de Castro is located in the council of Vila Nova de Gaia, in
the parish of Canidelo, Quinta do Fojo Street.
The borders of this place are: north - Douro river, northeast - the parish of S. Pedro
da Afurada, east - the parish of Santa Marinha, west - the Atlantic Ocean and, at
last, south - the parish of Madalena.

Portuguese city in the district of
Oporto, in the north of Portugal. It
has about 302 296 inhabitants.
It’s situated on the left shore of
the river Douro. On the other
shore of the river we can find
Oporto.

cellars; it’s considered the capital
of this wine. Several companies
bottle, store and export different
qualities of this precious wine.
