cheese, cream, and lardons. It is also commonly

• 2.64 pounds of potatoes
• 7 ouces of slice bacon
• 1 onion
• 1 reblochon cheese
• 2 tablespoons of crème fraiche

1. Peel and cook the potatoes.
2. Mince and sweat onion in oil.
Then add bacon, sweat again.

3. In a buttured dish, add
potatoes, onion and bacon.
4. Spead the crème fraiche on the
top, add the roblochon cheese.

5. Bake in oven (230°C or 446°F)
