 Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities in order to meet agreed
deadlines
 Inspect project site to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications,
safety, and sanitary standards.
 Acting as one of the technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people
and operatives.
 Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
 Analyzes drawings, specifications and statements of work in the preparation of activity
networks for project resource planning and scheduling.
 Day-to-day management of the site, including monitoring the site labor force and the work of
any subcontractors.
 Updates project schedule on a regular basis for project management reporting.
 To conduct regular schedule update meetings with the team and keep them advised of
schedule changes and actions required to maintain target completion dates.
