My physic teacher’ lectures were very boring in my
secondary school. Most of classmates were found
sleeping in his class after he was started 5
minutes. I will put his image adjacent to my billow
and think his words again and again. I trust good
sleeping will be started following within five minutes
which is similar in my physic classes of secondary
school. It may be the common problem to many
people like the attached photos.

mask to reduce the problem of sleep apnoea
after the initial sleeping with the assistance by
the image of my secondary physic teacher.
