Activities: Students and mentors gather in Center
1:00 - 1:15: Mentors and children gather, greet each other
1:15 - 1:30: Introduction/welcome speech by Eegi and Neil

1:45 - 2:15: Speech by a selected mentor about their mentor as a child
2:20 - 3:30: Mix and match with students and mentors

2. Mentor and student create a poster depicting what mentor does
3. Students and mentors present folder; student speaks and mentor assists
4. In different pairs, mentors and students share about their mentor/mentee

Beginning with open mic pitches, the attendees bring their best ideas and inspire
others to join their team, on Friday. Over Saturday and Sunday teams focus on
customer development, validating their ideas, practicing LEAN Startup Methodologies
and building a minimal viable product. On Sunday evening teams demo their prototypes
and receive valuable feedback from a panel of experts.
