17 Howto View Signoff Document Statistics
1. How-To: Signoff statistics 1) Once a document has been published, and the sign-off requests sent out, the signoff tab will display all the relevant information on read-confirmations and also allow you to perform several additional actions. Let’s see what’s available in this tab now.
2. How-To: Signoff statistics www.swingsoftware.com 2) The first section displays the publication date, Active status and statement/question sent to Signoff Readers. Clicking on the ‘Make inactive’ link here will disable the signoff request, and notified users will no longer be required to read the document.
3. How-To: Signoff statistics www.swingsoftware.com 3) The percentage bar gives a quick overview on the number of collected signoffs.
4. How-To: Signoff statistics www.swingsoftware.com 4) The ‘Display’ drop-down box allows us to view all users in the signoff list, or just those who have/haven’t signed off on the document.
5. How-To: Signoff statistics www.swingsoftware.com 5) The “Send Reminders” link allows us to send a reminder to users who have not signed off on a document after a while.
6. How-To: Signoff statistics www.swingsoftware.com 6) Using the ‘Send Reminders’ action will bring up a pop-up window which contains a list of users that have not signed off on the document. You can now enter a Reminder message and again request read-confirmation from these users by clicking ‘Send’.
7. How-To: Signoff statistics www.swingsoftware.com 7) The ‘Add Users’ link allows us to add additional users to the signoff list and request their read-confirmation.
8. How-To: Signoff statistics www.swingsoftware.com 8) Using the ‘Add Users’ action will bring up a pop-up window which allows us to select addtional users from the address book and enter an E-mail notification message. Click OK and the addtional users will be added and notified by email.
