Step 1. In the SWING PDF Converter database click View Settings in the
administration menu and hit New View Setting.

Step 2. Select the database and the view where PDF Converter will run, select Separate PDF files
and enter your Notes formula for generating the PDF file name. Save & close the view setting.

The new setting is now available in the list of all View Settings.

When you start a new conversion job in the specified view, you will
also be able to select the naming rule that you just created.

In the example, the PDF files have been named by joining the email sender and subject text.
6. What we have done:
We created a new view setting (for the ($inbox) view)
and entered a Notes formula for generating the PDF
file names.
We opened the inbox view, exported a few emails
and viewed the resulting PDF files on the hard disk.
