John Romankiewicz recently joined the LBL China Energy Group as a research associate, where he is working on a broad range of projects including appliance efficiency standards and power sector research. Prior to joining the group, John spent a year at the U.S. Department of State Office of Global Change, where he advised the Special Envoy for Climate Change on China issues and coordinated clean energy and climate cooperation programs under the U.S.-China Strategic and Economic Dialogue, including the EcoPartnerships program.
