It’s basically a large network of tools that connect
people, ideas and resources in a global conversation.
Not all websites are Web 2.0 sites. Here is what
makes a Web 2.0 tool ...
Ease of content contribution – generally a “type” and
“submit” interface with no specialized skills required to
add content.

Ability to add comments.


Ability to syndicate through RSS (Real Simple
Syndication)

Community building         through   collaboration   and
communication
