The document describes a fellowship program called the Community Connect Fellowship that aims to develop civic leadership among Indian youth. It does this through a 1-year training program for 50 students that includes weekly skill-building sessions, projects focused on improving the city's complaint management system, and engagement of various partners from government, non-profits, colleges and donors. The goal is to equip youth with leadership skills, foster civic engagement, and create measurable social impact by mobilizing over 1,000 additional students to help reform the city's systems. The program aims to develop youth as role models and train the next generation of socially engaged leaders.
