The registration information will be synchronized to SAP B1 Business Partner Master Data.Customer activation can be confirmed in three ways no required confirmation, activate customers from SAP Business One and using the confirmation email. - You got the option for making payment through check/ money order, Paypal, Credit cards in Magento web store and integrate it with SAP Business One.Online payment in the web will generate an Incoming Payment document in SAP Business One after order synchronization.Shipping type selected in Magento web store will be synchronized to SAP Business One Sales Order.Shipping price charged in Magento web store will be mapped as Freight in SAP Business One sales order.The benefit that you can get will beCentralized Order Tracking by putting tracking no. in SAP B1 and synchronize it to MagentoTransparency in shipping and payment information across both platforms.
- SBOeConnect 2.2 comes up with some most advanced features, let’s have a look into that.
- We all know that in Magento a web customer can maintain ‘N’ number of addresses. In SAP Business One Business Partner Master Data, also there are provision to maintain multiple addresses. So with SBOeConnect 2.2 all the addresses will be synced and maintained in both platforms.
- SBOeConnect 2.2 gets one step ahead in removing any customer data redundancy. Web Customer Code will be generated automatically in Magento on each customer registration. SBOeConnect will add a configurable prefix and suffix portion with this customer code before transferring that to SAP B1. In this way SBOeConnect eliminates any chance of customer data redundancy in SAP Business One.
- Confirming the payment status is always one of the concern for Business Owner. Specially this is important if manufacturing need to be done on the basis of Sales Order. For example for an organization doing online business of ‘Jewellery’, they will start manufacturing the product once getting the proper order and payment. So when Web Orders directly sync as SAP B1 Sales Order, it often problematic to differentiate the orders based on payment. So SBOeConnect 2.2 provides the flexibility to sync the web orders as ‘Draft’ in SAP B1. Once the payment is confirmed, Business Owner can transform that into Sales Order.
- SBOeConnect 2.2 become more convenient tool to support multiple e-commerce website of Magento managed by a single Magento Admin. Now you can attach different SAP Pricelist with different websites of Magento. So when you upload any ERP item to the different website of Magento, it will be uploaded with different pricing as per the mapping facility of SAP Pricelists with Magento Website.
- SBOeConnect 2.2 is able to perform the currency conversion bi-directionally. From Magento Side whenever any new order has been placed in any website which has a different currency, It will be converted into the local currency set in SAP Business One Sales Order with the required calculation done by SBOeConnect in between the sync process.
