    client servicing, support activities of Wide Format inkjet and Laser Printers and wide format scanners.
   Business development - Identification of potential clients / opportunities (identification of client
    issues and appropriate solutions), development of proposals etc.
   Bringing new business to sales pipeline. Driving the sales process and closing the deal.
   Building customer relationship and ensuring smooth up- selling.
   Develop and manage marketing tools and collateral for existing and new clients.
   Preparing the daily, weekly, and monthly activity report in Excel format.

Job Description


   Interacting with clients and find out their implicit and explicit need and to give the right solution to
    fill their need.
   Follow up with clients, purchase orders if any in terms of payment schedule, negotiations,
    amendments/modifications if required with suggested recommendations if desired by the customer.
   Generating clients through relationship building and thereby achieving the sales target, while
    enhancing the profit revenue.
   Attending clients concerns & complaints and undertaking necessary steps in order to resolve them
     effectively.
    Conducting     competitor      analysis   by    keeping    abreast    of    market     trends    and
     competitor moves to achieve desired goals.
    Identifying prospective clients from corporate sectors.
    Responsible for promoting new products which will launch by company.
