3) Hot and humid throughout the year. Rainfall heavy in
summer but moderate in winter. Oceanic influence

dense as equatorial forests. Also lesser
undergrowth.
Occupation-Agriculture, fishing and tourism.
Mining and manufacturing still undeveloped
Economic Development-Densely populated
because of suitability for Agriculture. Agricultural
products main item of exports. Backward in
mining and manufacturing due to lack of
capital and technical know-how.
