HIGHBANK COMPLETES PRESENTATION OF ITS SWAMP POINT NORTH MINES
PERMIT APPLICATION TO THE REGIONAL MINE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW

Vancouver, B.C. – March 3, 2014 – Highbank Resources Ltd. (the “Company”) (TSX Venture: HBK). Further to
our news release of February 11, 2014; Victor N. Bryant - CEO/President, Stan Spletzer-Vice President of
Aggregate Operations and Jenifer Hill, R.P.Bio of Micon International Limited completed the presentation (view our
powerpoint at http://ow.ly/u7nIH ) of the Swamp Point North Notice of Work mines permit application (view our
complete application on our website at www.HighbankResources.com and at http://ow.ly/u7xjt ) at the Regional
Mine Development Review Committee (“RMDRC”) meeting on February 26, 2014 held in the Ministry of Energy
& Mines (“MEM”) northwest mines office in Smithers, B.C. One of the functional purposes of the RMDRC was to
bring together multiple agencies to ensure that all authorizations for the project are identified and to provide
guidance to the proponent (Highbank Resources Ltd.) regarding information requirements required by the statutory
decision makers for these authorizations. Attending the meeting were Jill Pardoe, P.Geo., Senior Inspector of
Mines-Permitting & Reclamation NW Region-Smithers; Bruce Graff, P.Eng, Inspector of Mines- Permitting; Greg
George, BComm.-First Nations Relations Advisor- Ministry of Forests, Lands & Natural Resource Operation
(“FLNRO”). Conference call attendees included representatives from the Nisga’a Lisims Government; the
Metlakatla First Nations; Mary Moran, Lands Officer -FLNRO and Colin Parkinson, Navigable Waters Protection
Area Officer - Transport Canada. Katherine Wagar, P.Ag – Regional Director from MEM Smithers, chaired the
meeting.
Highbank reports that the meeting was very successful and provided an open and transparent review of the proposed
aggregate project and an opportunity for meaningful representatives input. It is now the RMDRC Chair’s
responsibility to ensure that a recommendations report is prepared and referred to the Ministry for a Notice of Work
Mines Permit decision.
