With almost 30 years of advisory experience, Steven M. Darien is chairman
and chief executive officer of the Cabot Advisory Group, LLC. Prior to
launching his career, Steven M. Darien attended Rutgers University, from
which he earned a bachelor of arts; he now sits on its Board of Trustees and
the Board of Overseers.

The eighth oldest university in the nation, Rutgers University is New Jersey's
largest higher education institution and has over 65,000 students. Early in
2014 , three of Rutger's faculty members were recognized as fellows of the
National Academy of Inventors.

The three professors, leaders both in their fields and the university, were
Joachim Kohn, who holds 45 patents and is known for his research in
biomaterials science; Richard Mammone, who holds 17 patents and works
on laser eye surgery innovation, hazardous material detection, and speaker
recognition; and Kathryn Uhrich, who holds 26 patents and develops
products with therapeutic polymer technology. Their work represents the
creativity and excellence continuously shown by the staff at Rutgers.
