2. Introducing TiE ENTREPRENEUR COLLECTION licensed merchandise products
Dear TiE U.S. Chapter Presidents and Executive Directors,
We have been very pleased to see the ways you have used the new TiE Refresh brand identity.
We are now introducing a licensed merchandise product line called the TiE ENTREPRENEUR
COLLECTION that incorporates the new TiE brand identity.
The TiE ENTREPRENEUR COLLECTION product line is a turn-key ready revenue-generating
platform for you. TiE has partnered with one of the world’s leading licensed merchandise
producers, Renew Merchandise www.RenewMerchandise.com, a very reputable company,
based out of Atlanta, who in addition to working with Fortune 500 companies like Coca-Cola,
Delta, Chic-fil-A and NCAA teams, is highly responsible to meeting the needs of organizations
like ours. The initial product line (see attached Program and Product Info and order form)
represents high quality and an excellent value. The suggested retail prices can generate
mid-40% profits for your Chapter!
Pre-production samples have already been approved so the product development ground work
has been done to insure quality and TiE brand integrity. You can sell the TiE ENTREPRENEUR
COLLECTION at your Chapter events, give them to new members as a welcome gift, give
items to VIP speakers and guests, and provide as door prizes at your TiEcon. As you can see,
there are many opportunities to use these products to enhance the visibility of TiE, grow your
Chapter’s brand presence, and provide an income stream while doing so.

3. To kick-off this new revenue initiative, we’ve created the following process to make this easy for
you and Renew to execute.
- Since our demand is unknown at this time, the products will not be pre-produced and
inventoried. Instead, products will be produced on demand and in bulk once minimum
production run quantities are ordered (production run quantities are listed on the attachment) by
a Chapter or a group of Chapters that aggregate their orders.
- Chapter orders should be done by 1 designated person so that bulk orders can be aggregated
from your individual member’s orders. We suggest either the Chapter President or Executive
Director be the designated person.
- As stated, products will be produced on demand from Chapter orders, and pre-payment will be
required before production starts. The attached document has the order form and information
including: product descriptions and pictures, production lead times, unit costs, shipping costs,
minimum production quantities.
- TiE’s dedicated Account Manager is Ray Holloway, who will work directly with you to

interest in a particular product, even if your quantity is below the minimum, let Ray know, and
he will communicate this to other Chapters to work to consolidate several sub-minimum orders
to achieve the minimum production quantity. Good communication is the key to making this
work for us all. Ray is committed to helping drive the success of this program and is available to
answer any questions you may have about the program or products.
