What is a Facilitator?
• Facilitator is someone helps a group to
  accomplish its goals.
• Facilitator is someone helps the group
  work effectively together through
  knowledge of process and how the process
  relates to the content and the context of
  the group and through interpersonal and
  communication skills and knowledge.

Ability of Facilitator
To achieve outstanding facilitated sessions,
 a facilitator needs to build up the Skill,
 Knowledge, and Experience.

(between Presenter and Facilitator)?

   – Facilitators focus on the participants.

   – Facilitators share control.
• Credibility
   – Facilitators derive credibility from more than
     subject matter expertise.
