Panos is member of the Board of Directors of Stanton Chase International
as Vice Chairman Regions, and the Managing Partner for the Middle East.
He has been a member of Stanton Chase since 2003 when he started as
General Manager of the Bucharest office and became Managing Partner in
2005. He is one of the shareholders of Stanton Chase in Romania, Bulgaria,
the United Arab Emirates and Qatar.
Before being elected as Vice Chairman Regions, he served (and, currently,
is still serving) as Vice-President for EMEA region, while he also was the
Global Practice Leader in Consumer Products and Services practice group
Specializations: with responsibility over 65 offices in 45 countries and approximately 25% of
Consumer Products & the Global Revenue of the Firm.

served leading multinational and regional holding companies as well as

Konstantina is focuses on business development, as well as on
cultivating partnerships with companies, media, chambers, business
councils and other organizations, along with well-known professionals

Chase in the Middle East and enhance business growth in the region.
Additionally, she is responsible for the operational and organizational
activities of the office.
Konstantina has acquired experience in various fields over her 15-year
career. In her previous position, she acted as Special Advisor to the
Secretary General for Youth in the Hellenic Ministry of Education. Prior
Specializations: to that, she has worked as consultant in the international legal firm IKRP
Government, Education & Rokas & Partners, a law consulting firm with offices in 12 Southeast
NGOs European countries, and as Account Officer in Laiki Leasing and Alpha
Leasing.
15. Jack Montgomery
Senior Consultant
Having lived across the Middle East for over 20 years, Jack has worked,
studied, and traveled extensively in every country, providing him with an in-
depth knowledge of the economies, organizations, and a wide network of
individual executives. During his tenure in search, Jack has successfully
fulfilled numerous senior level mandates for multi-nationals, large regional
conglomerates, and Middle East Investment Banks and Private Equity
funds. His industry specialties include fast moving consumer goods

her a wealth of professional experience within the executive search
industry, being exposed in various international and local searches for well-
known local or multinational clients. Throughout her extensive career in the
executive search industry, Athena has gained experience from a variety of

Senior Consultant
Shane Phillips is a Consultant in the Financial Services Practice Group. He
relocated to Dubai from Toronto Canada where he previously worked with
Korn Ferry International. Before joining the Executive Search industry
Shane ran his own business until he was invited to join Rushmore Judge, a
specialist search boutique. Throughout his career Shane has executed
Senior Level and Board assignments across the globe. Currently he
coversthe entire Middle East where he specializes in the scarce skills arena
and has participated in many localization and emiratization campaigns which
focused on acquiring local talent for his clients.

18. Omar Al Busaidy
Associate Partner
Omar Mohammed Al Busaidy is Associate Partner in Stanton Chase Middle
East, while also being one of the one of the founders and Managing Partner
of “Connections for Businessmen Services”.
A young Emirati with over 6 years of experience in corporate UAE, Omar has
expanded his skills’ set and has grown in the sectors of banking, tourism,
trade and investment. From being an advisor to business development, to
diplomat relations to marketing strategies, Omar has worked in both the
public and private sector in prestigious organizations such as the National
Bank of Dubai, the Dubai Shopping Festival to the British Embassy.
Having a strong entrepreneurial and business acumen, Omar has been
involved with several start-up businesses in the UAE and the neighboring
country Oman. Omar’s passion to delivering back to the community and
focus on the service industry has been instrumental in his growth and
learning capacities.
Omar graduated in 2009 with a B.Sc. in Marketing from the American
University in Dubai.
19. Mubarak Al Amry
Associate Partner
Mubarak Al Amry is Associate Partner of Stanton Chase Middle East, as well
as the co-Founder of Connections ME. He also acts as the Business
Development Manager of the Al Amry Group of Companies, and he is
involved in several entrepreneurial initiatives as well.
Mubarak has extensive business experience in the UAE, both as an
executive as well as an entrepreneur. He started his career as real estate
sales and investment consultant for Better Homes, which led to starting up
his own real estate agency. Additionally, he has acted as the Managing
Director of Parking Specialist FZE, a parking company focusing on servicing
the UAE officials.
Educated in Canada during his high school years, Mubarak is a graduate of
the American University in Dubai, and he has also obtained a post-graduate
Real Estate Diploma.

Raymonde Roumi joined Stanton Chase in 2010, as a Raymonde
Research Associate focusing on mandates in the Industrial,
Natural Resources & Energy as well as in the Consumer
Products & Services sectors. Prior to joining Stanton Chase,
she acquired over four years of working experience in the
Hospitality sector in Lebanon, where she focused on key human
resources functions.
Aziza Aziza Dada joined Stanton Chase in 2010 as a research
associate focusing on mandates in the financial sector. Prior
to joining Stanton Chase, she acquired over 6 years working
experience in the financial sector in Lebanon and the Gulf.
She previously worked for Arab Bank Plc, ABQ Zawya and
most recently as a Senior Financial Analyst at Sama Dubai
(Dubai Properties ).

Aniola Tahiraj joined Stanton Chase in 2011 as a Senior Aniola
Associate focusing on mandates in the Natural Resources and
Energy, Industrial, Logistics & Transport and Consumer
Products and Services sector for International and Regional
companies in the Middle East. Prior to joining Stanton Chase
International Aniola obtained three years of experience with
another top ranked global executive search firm where she
worked for major blue chip organizations across multiple
industries.
Zabe Zabe Khan joined Stanton Chase in 2010, as a Senior Associate.
His career experience covers a range of sectors including financial
services, real estate and economic development. Prior to joining
Stanton Chase, he was responsible for providing research and
development support to an insurance company assisting them in
business development and competitive intelligence. and existing
businesses in the Scottish construction, food and drink,
