Many institutions trying to work on cross border projects in both Bulgaria and Romania 
Stimulation of cross border partnership 
Overlapping between projects – many of them cover similar goals in same areas 
Competitiveness instead of partnership between participants
Current situation 
Effectiveness of promotional materials – quality, number of copies of brochures and leaflets, up to date information, completeness of the information, languages, distribution of printed materials, selection of included properties, devotion of the people to the projects, websites
Suggestions for further improvement 
Institutionalising the cross border destination marketing – e.g. Dobrudzha marketing organisation 
Bilingual signs on both sides of the border (BG + RO or BG + EN / RO + EN) 
Transborder package tours (Bulgaria + Romania) 
Multilingual, up to date and functional websites
Suggestions for further improvement 
Participation in travel fairs 
Online hotel reservation system
