This document outlines Oracle's approach to continuously delivering updates to Oracle Retail Cloud Services through a quarterly release cycle. It describes the continuous delivery process, including update types (major, service, critical, hotfix), notification procedures, verification periods, and cloud operations such as monitoring, backups, maintenance and environment management. The appendix provides additional resources for each cloud service. Continuous delivery is designed to incrementally increase the security, performance and functionality of cloud subscriptions over time through mandatory updates on a standardized schedule.
