Russia is a very attractive tourist destination.
The tourist industry has experienced an incredible boom in the last few decades. While visiting the United Arab Emirates a year ago I was immensely impressed by their magnificent sights. I met a lot of people from different countries. They enjoyed their holidays. I decided to elicit some information: What attracts people to the UAE? Can Russian items or activities compete with the UAE’s ones? Having analyzed the people's opinions, I have discovered that the most tourists don't know Russian attractions. So I have decided that it would be actual to create a Power Point presentation, to show foreign tourists how beautiful and interesting our country is.
I have chosen the UAE and Russia as an object of my research.
The methods are a detailed study of books on culture and architecture of the UAE and Russia; a thorough study of newspaper articles; searching for information on the Internet; working with maps.
In the introduction I give general information about the topicality, aim and tasks of the project.
The main part is devoted to the description of the chosen attractions.
In the conclusion I show the appeal of Russia as a tourist destination, that my project serves both leisure and educational purposes.
