Our patterns cover jaw crushers, cone crushers, gyratory crushers, roll crushers, hammer crushers, horizontal shaft impactors and vertical shaft impactors. No matter what your requirements are, BOGVIK probably already has existing patterns for the wear parts.
Depending on the application & our clients requirements we offer a range of manganese steel wear parts including Mn13%, Mn18% and Mn22% all with or without chrome & / or molybdenum additions. All manganese liners supplied by BOGVIK are made to our own internal material specifications which are for more stringent than “standard” foundry material specifications.
