The Tour Leader App is designed for travel agents who conduct group tours. The target user of the app is the Tour Leaders and the travel company. The existing system for managing tours was found to have many flaws, as communicated through interviews with actual users such as Tour Leaders and Travel Agents. The app aims to address these issues by providing a digital workflow for the Tour Leader, streamlining the tour process and reducing the need for a huge paper file.

Story Time
For this project, I received a FAT PAPER FILE, which contained entire documentation of
one trip. I went through each and every paper from that file and roughly started mapping
out events where loss of one paper could have cost 1000 euros or dollars to company.
Entire itinerary, meal plan, add-on services, rooms, food preferences, coupons and lot
more was documented in that file.
After trying to empathize with and understand the user, I focused on mapping out the
features the app would have.
I created user flows for satisfying user needs and goals.

4. About Project GOALs The main goal of the Tour Leader App is to streamline tour management
by providing an efficient and effective solution to managing tours. The
app aims to improve communication between Tour Leaders and Travel
Companies, enhance user experience with its user-centered design,
reduce mistakes, increase productivity and provide tools for Tour Leaders
to manage all aspects of the tour. The app is designed to address the
pain points of Tour Leaders and provide a solution to their challenges.

responsible for managing all aspects of the tour, from flight tickets and hotel reservations
to meal details and itinerary changes.
Pain Points
Rohit has to carry a large paper file that contains all the tour details, which can be
cumbersome and prone to getting lost
Keeping track of all the details and making updates is time-consuming and can lead to
errors, resulting in unhappy customers

able to effectively manage the tour and provide a better experience for travelers.

6. The Information Architecture for the Tour Leader App organizes
the app into four main sections: Dashboard, Tour Details, Digital
Briefcase, and Upgrade Requests. The Dashboard provides an
overview of all tours and updates, the Tour Details section displays
tour information such as itinerary, reservations, and meal plans,
the Digital Briefcase is a virtual file of all necessary tour
documents, and the Upgrade Requests section allows Tour
Leaders to make changes to passenger's room or meal
preferences.

10. Conclusion
The UI design was created to be simple and intuitive for the user. The app provides a digital briefcase for
the Tour Leader, which includes the itinerary, booking details, meal details, etc. The Tour Leader can
easily upgrade rooms or change food preferences for passengers within the app. The app also includes
tools for the Tour Leader to view weather details, book cars, raise requests for misconduct from partners,
and much more.
The Tour Leader App provides a digital workflow for Tour Leaders, streamlining the tour process and
reducing the need for a huge paper file. The app design was created with the user in mind, with simple
and intuitive functionality, and a visually appealing interface. The app addresses the flaws in the existing
