Zara, the innovative, fast-growing retailer has implemented RFID in more th
an 2000 stores. The time taken for physical inventory has come down to less
than 15% of the time when it used to be manual.
l After 8 months of pilot testing for RFID performance, Zara discarded the
products they had been using for 10 years and replaced them with
Bluebird’s products.
l Bluebird has customized the RFID solution to the store environment
through analysis of specific usage to meet all necessary technical
requirements for the introduction, and successfully solved the problem.
RESULT
After the implementation, the time spent on inventory check was shortened by
80% at ZARA stores in Spain, and the inventory loss rate decreased sharply.

H&M (Hennes & Mauritz) AB is a Swedish multinational clothing retail
company and it is the second-largest global clothing retailer has
implemented our EF400 with RFR900 RFID at H&M stores in Sweden.
Starting from the deployment of Bluebird products in Sweden will gradually
expand to other regions including North Europe and Americas.
l Bluebird has tailored RFID solution that fits to the specific requirements of
H&M through analysis of particular usage to meet all necessary technical
needs and successfully delivered the solution to H&M.
RESULT
After the implementation, H&M improved its inventory management system with
our EF400 with RFR900 RFID which enables to scan and distinguish H&M’s unique
bar codes attached to its product while the time spent on inventory check was
shortened and operational time was reduced at H&M stores. .
