MSA signed with 4 SCA in Sept 2008.
MahaOnline included in Dec 2012 as SCA.
SETU-GOM is the SDA for CSC Scheme.
SANGRAM/e-Pri (22,500+) centers declared as CSCs.
7. CSC-SPV Activities
All SCA are tied up with CSC SPV to deliver the following services
Financial Inclusion : CSCs as BCAs
B2C services delivery from apna.csc.gov.in
CSCs as UID enrollment center. Tied up with all SCA.
Educational services through CSC network
8. FI-Status Report
Five Priority District in Maharashtra- Mumbai, Pune, Nandurbar , Wardha and
Amravati.
Tied up with all 4 SCA and MahaOnline.
Mapping of CSCs to service area banks completed for Priority District. Mapping in
progress for remaining districts
Only BOI, SBI, BOM, Dena Bank have Kiosk Banking solution.
SLBC-BOM coordinating for Training of VLEs and SCAs
Settlement account opening of VLEs is currently ON in priority district.

10. Rates Harmonization
Rates Harmonization: As one of its landmark decisions taken by Government of
Maharashtra
Harmonized rates for all services delivered through CSCs across all districts in
Maharashtra.
G2C Service Delivery is now from Mahaonline Portal as per GR of Rates
Harmonization DIT/2012/C.R. 152/39 dated 23rd May 2012.
The launch of Mahaonline portal and apna.csc.gov.in has played a critical role in
reviving the CSC Scheme in the State.
