Sree is an experienced delivery leader with 14+ years in different areas of Finance and Accounting that
include General Accounting, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Credit Management & Collections, Treasury
and Cash Management
He comes with a majority of his experience with BPO sector and 2 year stint with software industry
Sree has been with IBM for the last 11+ years and has managed several clients in the Publication , Oil &
Gas and Banking industry that include Pearson , BP , NiSource and LTSB Bank in IBM. The team size
managed is around 150 + practitioners.
He has successfully led several solution and transformation workshops and Transition for process and IT
respectively for clients like Pearson, BP and NiSource with first time right transitions of about 250 + FTE’s
to Bangalore delivery centre from multiple countries across Geography
In his earlier assignments prior to IBM, Sree has worked with ICICI One source on CRM delivery and also
played a role of test engineer in software organisation

• Improve Order and Dispute cycle time for Pearson operations ~ 5% Cycle time improvement
• Support Customer during Divestments/Acquisitions
