Natural Environment The natural environment comprises all living and non-living things that occur naturally on Earth. The natural environment comprises all living things including human beings. The natural environment may be contrasted to the built environment, and is also in contrast to the concept of a cultural landscape.
ANEMONE Anemone is a genus of about 120 species of flowering plants in the buttercup family Ranunculaceae in the north and south temperate zones. They are closely related to Pasque flower and Hepatica some botanists include both of these genera within Anemone .
The common snowdrop is the best-known representative of a small genus of about 20 species in the family Amaryllidaceae that are among the first bulbs to bloom in spring. Snowdrops should not be confused with their relatives Snowflakes, Leucojum species; leucojums are much larger and flower in spring , with all six petals in the flower the same size, though it should be noted that some "poculiform" Galanthus can have inner segments similar in length to the outer ones. SNOWDROPS
Responding to widespread environmental degradation, Gaylord Nelson, a United States Senator from Great Britain, called for an environmental teach-in, or Earth Day, to be held on April 22, 1970. Over 20 million people participated that year, and Earth Day is now observed each year on April 22 by more than 500 million people and national governments in 175 countries. Senator Nelson, an environmental activist, took a leading role in organizing the celebration, hoping to demonstrate popular political support for an environmental agenda. The Earth Day

OUR EARTH The Earth is ours to enjoy For every little girl and boy. But we must always be aware. That all its beauty we must share With all the children yet to come, Who want to laugh and play and run Around the trees and in the fields. So we must keep our planet free From messy trash and debris With air that's clean and fresh and clear For all to breathe from year to year. We must never ever abuse Our sweet Earth that's ours to use.
PLANET EARTH Taking care of planet Earth Is what we like to do. We won't pollute We give a hoot. Waste's a disgrace. Keep litter in it's place. Now - how about you?
We've been working on RECYCLING All the trash we can, We've been working on recycling, It's a very simple plan, Separate your glass and paper, Separate your plastic and tin. Take the trash that you've recycled To your recycling bin! We've been working on REDUCING All the trash we can. We've been working on reducing It's a very simple plan. Don't go wasting any products, Use just exactly what you need. Don't buy things in extra wrapping, Reduce and you'll succeed! We've been working on REUSING All the trash we can. We've been working on reusing, It's a very simple plan. If it's a paper bag you're using, Don't use it once, use it twice! Give old clothes and toys to someone, To reuse them would be nice!
The School Play HOW TO PROTECT THE EARTH
We have to work on RECYCLING All the trash we can recycle.
It's a very simple plan!
Separate your glass and paper, Separate your plastic and tin.
Take the trash that you've recycled To your recycling bin! Plastic Paper Glass
Don't go wasting any products, use just exactly what you need.
Don't buy things in extra wrapping, Reduce and you'll succeed!
Recyclable materials may originate from a wide range of sources including the home and industry. They include glass, papar, aluminium, asphalt, iron, textiles and plastic.
Recycled paper can be used again e.g to make new books, art. works . Different grades of paper are recycled into different types of new products. Old newspapers are usually made into new newsprint, egg cartons, or paperboard.
We have used old papers, magazines and plastic bags to make these works.
Recycling saves energy, reduces greenhouse gas emissions and creates jobs. Recycling is the reprocessing of materials into new products.
