Trends: Teaching and Learning – We see an improvement in years 2 and 3 for technology applications (TA) TEKS Implementation and in year 3 for content area connections; however, online learning drops 1 point in year three from the previous two years. Educator Preparation and Development – Professional Development for online learning drops in year two and levels out in year three, while Professional Development Experiences improves in year three, as well as Access to Professional Development. Leadership, Administration and Instructional Support – Leadership and Vision in addition to Budget improve in year two, but then Budget drops again in year three. Infrastructure for Technology – unfortunately, the trend is gong in a more negative direction and moving away from other classroom technology; technical support ;and local area, network wide, and area network.
