JUGCam is Joomla! User Group Cambodia.
We are an informal group made up of
individuals, yet are proud that leading
Cambodian organizations are lending their
support - namely The National ICT
Development Authority http://www.nida.gov.kh
has pledged its support for our activities and
fully intends to take up national level
development and deployment of Joomla!

3. History

The Joomla! Users Group of Cambodia was
officially set up in October 2007 to help
Cambodians who wish to learn about web
development and especially through the
Joomla! Content Management System
http://www.joomla.org which is often said to be
the leading free and open source web
development software.

The first priority of JUGCAM is working hard to
translate the software to Khmer so that it can
be readily available to Cambodians that prefer
to use software in Khmer.
