13. DESCRIPTION
DDSP-200 System consists of two number of Digital Signal Processor (DSP-200) along with auto manual switch.
One processor will act as main processor and other processor will act as true hot standby.
The changeover from one processor to another is very smooth and a 9 pin data connector is available for connecting.
DDU-200 which can be plugged/removed without any disturbance to the system.
Hence it consists of two numbers of Central Processor Module (PM-1), along with 4 nos. of control processor module
(PM-2) and 4 nos. of Switched Mode Power Supply PSU-110.
Central Processor Module (PM-1)
Uses 8751 Processor as master & can drive up to 2 control modules. 4 process elements can be identified and controlled
through software.
Control Processor Module (PM-2)
Uses 8751 Processor as slave with (PM-1). It can also drive 32 Process elements through software.
Switched Mode Power Supply (PSU-110)
The PSU-110 Series of compact, open PCB constructed with AC-DC switching power supplies are capable of delivering 110
watts of continuous power at 25 C FM forced air cooling or 80 watts air convection cooling. They operate at 85 to 280 VAC
input voltage without changing the Jumper, all outputs are fully regulated. This PSU-110 is quite suitable for DSP with micro
controllers.
Extra Features
The power supply switch, the address dip switch, auto manual switch are brought in the front LED indication for two power

14. DESCRIPTION
Display Driver Unit DDU-200 is capable of sending Voting and Attendance digital data‘s of 128 members in the form of Ayes,
Noes, Abstain (O), and Presence to the individual Result Display Board (IRD).
In order to achieve a real time display it uses one master processor 8031 with a special address and two slave processors
around micro controller 8031. All the processor modules (one master processor and two salve processors) are with 62 pin gold
contacts for proper digital transmission.
The processor printed circuit boards are computer design stimulated boards with minimum track width of 0.4mm. The
processor boards are plug in type and the slave boards are interchangeable.
Uses the ISA sockets for our entire plug in processor cards for firm connection. All the ICs are inserted in round IC sockets for
easy replacement.
Since the member can changes vote results are many times during the voting cycle the main along with slave processor uses
high speed data handing EPROM‘s around 15mS.
The data is updated in every 15 mS for displaying the results in the display board. The output of this unit is in RS232 format.
Uses our Switched Mode Power Supply SMPS-PSU-110. The status of power supply +24V, 5V are indicated by LED‗s at the
front. Flashing LED monitors the output data.

division number is indicated on the panel along with LED display array which shows:
— a green ―A‖ for ―AYES‖
— a red ―N‖ for ―NO‖
— a yellow ―O‖ for ―ABSTAIN‖
— a amber ―P‖ for ―PRESENT‖
Individual results will be shown instantaneously changing while voting and will be ―frozen‖ at the
end of voting. Individual results are shown by the three characters ―A‖, ―N‖ or ―O‖ on the individual
result display panel.

Voting Time Display to show the count down timing from 10sec
to 0sec with synchronization with the digital signal processor.

There are 3 buttons in the clock remote switching console, the

26. DESCRIPTION
It is a Professional Dynamic Mixer with remote operation. It is having 15 identical channels and the channels are tuned
for the Shure mic SM48/SM58. Each channel is balanced in nature for noise free pickup. The special circuit with digital
technology makes the switching without any noise. The channel level can be adjusted from the front for mic or line input
without changing the input jacks. The output is available in two levels. The mixer can be cascaded with another mixer
using the mixer bus, which is provided at the rear of the equipment. The output level is indicated by a 5 LED array as well
as can be monitored by a headphone an LED indication is provided at the front to show the status of the mic whether the
microphone is ON or OFF. The switching logic is taken out through 36 pin ceotronics connector which is suitable for
Sonic GMFB-100. The equipment is made out of Aluminums channel chassis for less RF interference. The equipment
occupies 2 U size in 19 inch rack. It also uses the toroidal transformer for improved S/N ratio.

dynamic microphone, but since our systems are reliable, no such
addition is incorporated.
• 575 microphones are distributed through 8 numbers of zero ohm
amplifiers, hence the total 24 microphones can be put ON without
any noticeable difference in audio level/quality.
• Microphone management system, simultaneous interpretation
system and voting system are all independent. Low level sound re-
enforcement system speakers are driven by a separate power
amplifier, hence the speaker system is also independent of the
above three systems.
• During the running session, serviceability below the chamber is not
permissible , hence our system doesn‘t use any active electronic
equipment below the chamber, which could cause any disturbance.
55. • Our special SMPS PSU-100 has a unique current sensing circuit,
suitable for Indian power fluctuations.
• During short-circuit or humid environment, it shuts down the power
mosfet driver and prevents smoke and fire inside the chamber.
• SI system with four languages is switched through 100 matrix
switches and low level speakers with 25 matrix switches to isolate
the faulty loop.

• In a running session, the Speaker can mute his/her microphones
when there is a verbal communication with the Secretary General or

system or main interpreter system fails it goes to standby processor
by flick of an A/M switch.
• In case the main Digital Processor or Digital Display Unit or main
system computer fails, it goes to the hot Standby Unit automatically.
