INTRODUCTION:
Women are a naive of the society and without its presence society think unbelievably. Woman is the power
of society, and various fields of society cannot be complete without a woman. Now put one step forward
to hold the hand of women in rural and tribal area mostly, for changing the world strong by economically,
socially, culturally, morally aesthetically and spiritually because women are the integral part of
the society However, there is still a weaker section of the society constituting women lacking
education, basic rights and confidence. They still have a long way to go, to realize their worth in the male
dominated society. It’s no denying the fact that women are very skillful and no less than men in
any field, still a large population of women is still dependent on their father and husband, when it comes to
financial security. To feel empowered, it is very much important for every woman to become financially
independent.
Though the women should always have a freedom to choose what they may with regard to their private
and professional choices. It is very important that gender bias ness should end in this society now, as this is
the prime reason why women under the estimate their potential. In the world there are so
many agencies trying to fulfil the rights, fights for women empowerment, work for respect, act on gender
discrimination, work for equal opportunities and responsibilities, fight for social justice. Every movement of
life cycle people is trying to fight oneself for surviving in the society. In this society, how women can be alive
for their rights this is the main question towards us. How the society fulfils the rights of women.
• Change the process: Women Autonomy
It is time for every woman to break the stereotype and prove that women are equally intelligent as men. In this
modern era of socio-economic development where competition plays a crucial role, a moment a child is
born competition hold her in its grip. In such a competitive world, woman has proven several times that they
are equally competent and even ahead of men in several socio-economic fields. History is full of example of
such women, and history keeps repeating. Thus, making women’s worth in the work front becomes extremely
important.
•Be educated: Women Rights
There was a time when women were not allowed to receive higher education. But now
the time have changed. Women take up the same roles as men so confidently and do a wonderful job in
showcasing their talents. It is very important that they should be given equal opportunities to prove their
competency the same level as men. Women should be given every right and opportunity to perform and add to
economic benefits of the society. Women give equal rights to women in socially, politically, culturally,
religiously manner. She will bring equal status with men, and that is the reason to fostering both national and
international integration. (Channawar, 2016)
• Change the Tradition: Women Values
If we look into old school traditional values, women were traditionally dominated by males. Women were
mainly associated with cooking and looking after their families. Her presence was restricted to only nurture her
family and kids and maintain peace and harmony at home. But this old school traditional values don’t stand in
this modern era. Now she has broken the stereotype and has started marking her presence in the industries like
engineering, medical, law, sports and creative field. This proves that women if not judged and are given equal
opportunities can witness miracles. Still large population of women is unfortunate to get such opportunities.
It’s a high time that we stand out for such underprivileged women and empower them, with men it’s very
important for women to stand out for other women.

• Stop utilization: Respect Women
Domestic violence and sexual exploitation at home and work place are another reason why a woman needs to
receive education and become more empower. These mistreatments including sexual exploitation, sexual
harassment, domestic violence needs to stop. In order to fight with this, it is very important for a woman to
understand what inacceptable gesture and behaviour is.
• Providing opportunities: Women Virtue
In order to bring out peace and justice in the society it is important for women to raise their voice against
something going wrong. Joining civilly and police services jobs give her an opportunity to serve their fellow
country members in the same manner as men and also inspire other women in the society to the same. Women
have proven their potential and worth in both international and national level in all the fields. They have marked
their extraordinary presence by winning so many awards and medals. These are the women who motivates and
back women empowerment movements. Not just women, it’s a responsibility of every man as well to participate
in women empowerment movement.
• Sustainable Development: Need: What and Why
Sustainable development is an overall development of women in the field of society where live freely without
burden and it Is compulsory because the base of society depends on the women for family, culture, growth,
character development, for development of moral values, national growth. Other hand Women empowerment and
gender equality is two faces of sustainable development. So, both are improving by changing the strategy of men
dominant society We need sustainable development of women not just for women but for every individual in the
society. As every individual has a significant role in society. So, it’s very important that no one should be left
behind. It’s a proven record that women empowerment and gender equality have always benefitted country’s
economy. It always adds happiness to every country and every business. Gender equality requires equal
enjoyment of valued goods, opportunities, resources and rewards by women and men. It is generally women who
are excluded or disadvantaged in relation to decision-making and access to economic and social resources in case
of gender inequalities (Pathania, 2017). To feel empowered, it is necessary for women to sharpen, nurture and
polish their skills and to do everything as per their capacity. This is only possible through better and self-
awareness programmes and providing platform 50% of world population consist of women.
• Sustainable development is conceptualized as resting on three interrelated pillars: economic development,
social development and environmental protection. A fourth pillar, the preservation of cultural diversity has
been proposed. This conceptual categorization might lead to treating these areas in isolation without
accounting for a whole range of channels through which these pillars reinforce each other and bring about
sustainable development. Instead, by taking an integrated and holistic approach to socio-culturally
responsible, environmentally friendly economic development, sustainable development can be revealed as a
multifaceted and dynamic process. (Meenakshi Lohani and Loai Aburaida, 2017).
“There is a dual rational for promoting gender equality. Firstly, that equality between women and
men-equal right, opportunities and responsibilities- is a matter of human rights and social justice. And
secondly, that greater equality between men and women is also a precondition for (and effective indicator
of)sustainable people-centre development. The perceptions, interests, needs and priorities of both women and
men must be taken into consideration not only as a matter of social justice but because they are necessary to
enrich development processes”. (OSAGI, 2001)
• Question: What did women
• For Family: love, care, sacrifices, suicide, protection, humiliation, pressure
• Question: What did family
• For women: Restriction, expectation, over protection
• Question: What did society
• For women: Gender discrimination, inequality towards opportunities and challenges, spatial discrimination,
inequalities in education field, economically and socially discrimination, take Advantages of her in various
sector.
• A system of country is running continuously between a triangular process that is society: women: family. A
woman suffering from various fields where she feels alone during crimes, sexually and mentally harassment,
physically abuse, domestic violence, society interference. Now time to fight together for women respect and
increase the ratio of women education, Perception, quality improvement and enhancement.
Sustainable development: needs of the society
 Single women educated in family she educated whole.
 “Beti bachao, Beti Padhao” campaign increases the empowerment in the society.
 “Nari Samman, desh Samman” make a policy on the statement for empowering she in all social

 A woman is an economically good house manager.
 Moulding the child growth, inculcate the values, character building ability.
 Many girls and women are not accessing their health care due to economically background

• Suggestion:

10. In free India, Freedom culture of society, let her free for participating in social activity, political structure formal
decision-making attitude.
CONCLUSION:
On the basis of study, it concluded that women was not a dry flower in the pot ,she is fragrance of family ,queen of
India ,primal energy of society, donor of knowledge, power of country, flora of garden, need of generation, strength
of nation ,symbol of peace, beauty of environment. Then how to stop the sustainable development of women
because she is the need of society where no work possible without her presence. Make a strategy to work together
without any gender discrimination. Equal opportunities enhance the quality and soul power of women. She has a
more tolerance level compares to men that’s why she manages all activity positively without any burden and easily
manage the job and family with smoothly behaviour.so respect the women, his work, his sacrifices for family and
other field. Society need same dynamic changes mostly in rural and tribal area. Rural and tribal area has still
orthodox tradition and that is the reason to these areas’ women cannot be participate in any other social activity or
work. We need to motivate them through various awareness campaign let them understand how they are important
for society. When a woman fills safe then society on one’s own make safe. Do not spoil her beauty by hurting her,
just hold her hand only for raising in society.

  • 9. • Sustainable development is conceptualized as resting on three interrelated pillars: economic development, social development and environmental protection. A fourth pillar, the preservation of cultural diversity has been proposed. This conceptual categorization might lead to treating these areas in isolation without accounting for a whole range of channels through which these pillars reinforce each other and bring about sustainable development. Instead, by taking an integrated and holistic approach to socio-culturally responsible, environmentally friendly economic development, sustainable development can be revealed as a multifaceted and dynamic process. (Meenakshi Lohani and Loai Aburaida, 2017). “There is a dual rational for promoting gender equality. Firstly, that equality between women and men-equal right, opportunities and responsibilities- is a matter of human rights and social justice. And secondly, that greater equality between men and women is also a precondition for (and effective indicator of)sustainable people-centre development. The perceptions, interests, needs and priorities of both women and men must be taken into consideration not only as a matter of social justice but because they are necessary to enrich development processes”. (OSAGI, 2001)
