Oliver Elsenbach has been successfully advising professional athletes on training planning and bike fitting since 2003. In recent years, this has enabled him to specialise in the field of orthotic insoles for competitive athletes and riding position optimisation for cyclists. The Cologne-born expert tinkered for six years with the idea to develop the perfect insole for cyclists. The breakthrough in the insole's development was finally made in autumn 2010, in cooperation with Perpedesröck, one of the leading German manufacturers for insoles and specialist in working with carbon in this field.
