11. SmarterMeasure Satisfaction Survey
A satisfaction survey was emailed to 166 people
who participated in the SmarterMeasure
Assessment on the CALL website for the six month
period of April 9-October 8, 2012, detailed as
follows:
• 116 (68.6%) had completed the
SmarterMeasure assessment
• 53 (31.4%) had started but did not
complete the SmarterMeasure assessment
Note: 3 previously opted out, so they did not receive the survey
Of the 166 recipients, 23 responses to the satisfaction
survey were received (13.9% response rate).
