Creative Support Planning Event Feedback
Please see below for responses to feedback received via our forms.
F - I enjoyed thinking about how people could live improved lives that better suited their needs.
F - Case studies got the point across about how things could be different
F - I would like more information and a discussion on how the whole assessment process could be improved.
R - We will look at how we might do this and feedback to the council.
F - People need to be more aware of the opportunities available to them through personalisation, the choices
available and services on offer.
R - We will feedback to the council on this and get more information out to VCS organisations about how they
could advertise their services and how they could find and access services on behalf of the people they serve.
F - I now feel more confident about the process and also about talking to older people about it.
R - This is great as we hoped to challenge some of the stereotypes around older people.
F - It was interesting to hear about how other local authorities do this.
R - All local authorities have targets to meet in terms of Personalisation and are all doing it differently
depending on their agendas, budgets and priorities. No-one has the ideal solution and the best we can do is to
work together to make Personalisation as meaningful as possible in Bradford – and maybe an approach that
others would want to emulate!
F - We need to understand the barriers.
R - Absolutely right because sometimes this is how we work out the solutions or help to shape the process so
that we have fewer barriers.
