Marinated Sea Bass on the bone grilled over the BBQ
Musakka
Aubegine, potatoe, green pepper, tomatoe & onion baked in the oven with
bechamel sauce.
Sarma Lamb/Chicken Beyti
Specially prepared mixture of minced lamb & herbs on skewers, cooked
over the BBQ and wrapped in tortilla. Served with butter tomatoe sauce
& yoghurt.
