2. PROJECT
 A DEFENSE MECHANISM FOR SYBIL ATTACK USING REJECTION RATE
IN LARGE SOCIAL NETWORK
Description : Distributed systems without trusted identities are
particularly prone to Sybil attacks, where a malicious user creates multiple fake
identities to compromise the running of the network. This project presents Sybil
Stopper, a Sybil defense mechanism that controls the network topologies to
defend against Sybil attacks in social networks. Sybil Stopper can effectually
identify the Sybil or fake nodes. Besides, we propose three approaches to limit
the number of attack edges in social networks. It is viable to limit the number of
Sybil in online social networks by relationship rating.
